Any version of this Pricing and Promotions Policy in a language other than English is provided for convenience and You understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.
To encourage learning centers and franchises to utilize GroKool in their businesses, we have adopted a tier-based subscription pricing model. Pricing is largely determined by the number of students utilizing the platform within the learning center, and can be adjusted in the case of unique circumstances. Grokool offers a white-labeled social learning platform for learning centers at the following prices:
As described above, a flat monthly subscription charge is applicable in the case that a learning center is planning on onboarding 50 or less users onto the GroKool platform. This monthly charge is eliminated in the case that a learning center is onboarding above 50 users per month, and the pricing policy is switched to a per-user per-month basis as described above.
We are offering a two-week trial of the platform that can be provided free of cost upon request. During this trial period, all platform usage fees will be waived until the end of the second week.
Cancellations of GroKool platform subscriptions need to be made before the next billing cycle in order to not incur any additional fees or charges.
To encourage Learners and Parents/Guardians to join the GroKool platform, they do not pay any fees to GroKool, Inc. Learners and Parents/Guardians can use the features of the GroKool platform and services to network, post and reply to discussions, chat, create Activities and schedule events. They will not have access to advanced features such as audio and video conferencing, learning resources and performance management, assessments, etc. without joining an activity hosted by a Coach.
To encourage a quick and viable outcome for coaches and GroKool, GroKool has three subscription Tiers for coaches with their respective fees and revenue share models

As a Coach, you can specify an Activity Base Price for your activity directly or using the worksheet in the Pricing Calculator. Thereafter, Learners will see the price specified.
GroKool currently offers learners the ability to purchase activities in American Dollar (USD) only.
In the current promotional period (expected to continue till 30th September 2020), Base Platform fees will be waived and Net Usage Fees will be based after applying Referral Discount on all activities and learners, irrespective of whether learners are invited by coaches from their network or themselves request to join an activity.
In cases of joint marketing programs with coaches, the revenue share percentages will be published in the future
In addition to Platform and Verification Fees, GroKool reserves the right to promote relevant and appropriate services and merchandise in a non-obtrusive way to users of the platform. This additional source of revenue for GroKool from sponsorships and advertising enables GroKool to contain the Platform and Verification Fees to our Coaches.
GroKool makes all payments to Coaches in USD regardless of the currency in which the Learner transacts. GroKool will assume all transaction processing fees, excluding foreign currency conversion.
When the country from which the Learner purchases the Activity requires GroKool to remit Value Added Tax (VAT) or GST (Goods & Services Tax), we will deduct the tax amount from the Activity Sale Price when calculating the Net Amount. The Net Amount will be split between GroKool and Coaches under the applicable user fees and revenue share model.
Countries requiring VAT / GST currently include all European Union (EU) countries, the U.K., South Korea, Japan, New Zealand and Australia, but GroKool reserves the right to add additional countries to this list as necessary
When applicable, GroKool charges and pays European Union taxes for website purchases. In the case of mobile in-app purchases, European Union tax is collected and paid by Apple and Google respectively.
When the country of the Learner requires Us to charge tax, Activity prices set by Coaches are inclusive of tax in the transaction. The revenue share for the Coach is calculated from the price the Learner paid minus tax.
